the first Thursday of each month at
7:00 p. m. at Immanuel Baptist
Church, 1451 East 45th Street
(upper level at the south end of the
fellowship hall), Shawnee, OK
Quilters of all ages and skill levels
are welcome. Dues are $15 per

June 27th Baby Quilt Workshop: At Gordon
Cooper Vo-Tech from 9am until 4pm for a
chance to
Concentrate on the Original House of
Pancakes baby quilt project. This is a great
moneymaker for the Guild! Please plan to
help with this project. You will only be able
to enter the building at the big double glass
doors on the south side of the building. Go
straight down the hallway until you get to the
double doors on the left. Go through those
doors about 25 feet to the main dining area.
“Please bring extension cords and lamps for
your area.” SEE YOU THERE.
July 2nd Meeting: Program on Color and
Value will be presented by Mary from the
Quilter’s Corner in
Midwest City. Their shop will be the
vendor.
Joe Ann Kowakowski will be teaching
how to make Flying Geese units at 6:00pm.

Quilt Show located at the Grove Community
Center,

Knoxville, TN
July 31st-August 2nd: Heart of Kansas Quilt
Guild – “Quilts of the Prairie” Quilt Show at
the Kansas
State Fairgrounds, 20th & Poplar,
Hutchinson, KS
August 6th Meeting: Su Bunch from Yukon’s
PieceKeepers will teach us how to solve
quilting problems using the internet. They
will also be our vendor.
September 3rd Meeting: Carol Sinnreich
from Lawton will have a trunk show of her
Picture Quilts.

October 1st Meeting: Potluck Supper and
Potholder Exchange
October 28th – 31st: AQS Quilt Show in Des

Dirty Santa
