Spinning Spools Quilt Guild meets the first Thursday of
each month at 7:00 p. m. at Immanuel Baptist Church,
1101 East Main Street. Quilters of all ages and skill
levels are welcome. Dues are $15 per year. Mail

CALENDAR OF UPCOMING EVENTS
Feb. 26– Habitat Quilt to be presented to the recipients
Feb 28– Workshop for General Store items at Shawnee
Library, 9am-4pm (see Ways & Means)
March Meeting-This month's meeting will be provided by
Patchwork Place on Quilted Garments and will include a
fashion show from members of the Norman Guild. Bring
extra goodies for our table and come to visit.
March 29— Kaleidoscope Workshop at Shawnee Library
Pick a theme or you colors; lots of med, lights, dark—like 16
fat quarters—4 of each.
April Meeting– Drawing for the Box of Chocolates quilt
April's Meeting will be given by award winning Marilyn Karper
and will be over Quilt as Desired. Marilyn has won National
awards for her quilting and taught classes at state and
national levels.
May - Ribbons for the quilt show
Quilt Camp—July 11-13 and October 10-12
SSQG Quilt Show– September 5-6
